How does the rental process work?
Simply choose your style online, provide your measurements using our fit algorithm, and we will ship your outfit to arrive 10 days before your event. After your event, just pack it up and ship it back using the prepaid label provided.
What if my suit doesn't fit perfectly?
We offer a Fit Guarantee. If something isn't quite right, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship you a replacement size free of charge, or reimburse you for minor local tailoring.
When should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 21 days before your event to ensure availability and timely delivery. For weddings, we suggest setting up your event several months in advance.
How do I return my rental?
Returning is easy. Place the items back in the original box, attach the included prepaid return shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 3 days after your event.
Are the suits and tuxedos high quality?
Yes, all our garments are crafted from high-end materials like 100% merino wool and fine silk, offering the same quality you would find at luxury retail boutiques.
What happens if I accidentally damage my rental?
We offer a small accidental damage waiver fee at checkout which covers minor stains and repairable damage. Significant damage or loss of the garment may incur additional replacement fees.
