If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or rental, items can be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Try On Immediately

  Try on your full outfit within 48 hours of delivery to ensure everything fits perfectly for your event date.

  Request a Replacement

  If any item doesn't fit, log into your account and request a free replacement size; we will ship it out right away.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items back into the original shipping box using the provided prepaid return label and adhesive strip.

• 4.
  Drop Off at UPS

  Drop your return package at any authorized UPS location within three days following your event to avoid late fees.
